Gamete intra-fallopian transfer GIFT

This method involved the transfer of an ovum collected from the donor woman into the fallopian tube of another female who cannot produce the gamete but can provide a suitable environment for fertilization. Sperm obtained from the male by masturbation and ovum obtained from the female by laparoscopy is injected into the mid part of the fallopian tube by the catheter during the proliferative stage of menstruation.
